Welcome. I work with adults who are tired of holding everything together. Many of the people I see are capable, responsible, and used to being the one others rely on. On the outside, they look fine. Inside, they feel worn down, resentful, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves.
Therapy with me is not open ended or unfocused.
I work in a structured way, paying attention to what is actually getting in the way and helping clients move toward meaningful change. Some people benefit from time limited work. Others need a longer or deeper process. We decide that together, based on what you are dealing with and what you want your life to look like.
This is private pay therapy for people who want more than just a place to vent. The goal is not to stay in therapy forever, but to feel steadier, clearer, and more capable in your life outside of it.
